I have recently upgraded to Webmaker 7.0 build 1624 revision r18897 with patches WM_HSG_7.0.0001 and WM_HSG_7.0.0002 installed with Bizflow 12.3. When I open an existing project or try to create a new project I can see the project map in the background but the "Loading..." message never finishes. I have tried Firefox 38.6.0 and Chrome 49.0.2623.108 and get the same results regardless of the browser.
Any ideas of what might be causing this?

I'm sorry you are getting this issue.
The first thing I would suggest is can you trying clearing your browser cache? This shouldn't be needed, but just in case the browser is still picking up some old files this should help.
If you are still getting the problem after this, can you check if there are any script errors being reported in the browser console?
If you are able, it might also be worth trying to reinstall the studio (making sure that the existing studio tomcat servers are shut down first) in case a file couldn't get updated during install for some reason.
Hopefully we can soon get you up and running again.

There must have been a file that did not get copied in my initial install. I verified that Tomcat shut down correctly, reinstalled and everything looks good now.
