Bizflow BPS not passing server.url to WM Studio

I open WM from the Bizflow BPS which in the past passed through the Bizflow server info to allow publication without having to set the fallback.server.url.
This is no longer working and was wondernig which IE8 security policy needs to be set to allow the pass through as I suspect our IT dept have "upgraded" my policy and broken it.

What ever the security policy that is prevent the server url to come across is now preventing me from copy rules from one project to another. :(
