Popup and Collapsible Content not working

Hello,

I had added a popup dialog and a collapsible content to my form. And the last time I checked, when I ran a test, the popup dialog was hiddin until I clicked on a button to toggle the visibility, and the collapsible content was collapsed until I clicked on it to expand.

However, now when I run the test, both are shown (popup dialog not hidden and collapsible content is expanded) when the page is loaded.

Did I accidentally delete a file or something? I'm not understanding why it doesn't work anymore.
