We are running into a bit of a quandary where the license file is clearly valid, but the start-up is also claiming it is invalid. You will see below that the logs indicate a valid license by the warning that the license is to expire in 13 days, but then the log file presents 'License Invalid' at the same time. So which is it and where would we begin to make sense of the conflicting information?
Thanks,
Bert

RE: Invalid License?
I+?+?+?m sorry you are having this issue. As you say, it does seem strange to be getting conflicting messages reported.
To try and start tracking down what is going on can you first confirm which WebMaker version you are using?
Then can you check in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BizFlow\WebMaker\design\morphyc directory and make sure there is only one licence file present.
Assuming this is correct, can you try turning on some more logging for us to view?
To do this, can you open up the wsdl_morphyc.xml file (which does seem to pick up the licence) and the xde_morphyc.xml file (which doesn+?+?+?t) from the morphyc directory. In both of these files, please change the platform logging 'log_level' value to 'debug'.
Now try starting up the studio again and wait for the errors to be reported. Once this has happened, please shut down the Tomcat window, and then send through the wsdl_log.txt and xde_log.txt files from the C:\Program Files (x86)\BizFlow\WebMaker\design\blueprints\xlog directory.
Hopefully with these logs we will be able to work out what is causing this strange behaviour and how to resolve it.
Many thanks,
Gerard
RE: Invalid License?
I did this yesterday and the log files only confirm the 'Invalid License' report. Files are attached and not sure they are any more helpful.
Also confirm only one license file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BizFlow\WebMaker\design\morphyc directory.
Lastly we are running WM 3.1.2, but are trying to use it so we can upgrade.
Thanks,
Bert
RE: Invalid License?
Thanks for the logs, but as you say there is not much useful information there.
Would it be possible for you to email a copy of your license file to support@hyfinity.com so we can check to make sure it is correct?
This should help identify whether the issue is with the license or your installation.
Also, can you confirm which patches you have installed so we can replicate the same environment.
Many thanks,
Gerard
RE: Invalid License?
We were able to bypass the need for WM 3.1.2, therefore we don't need to fight the license issue anymore. We are on WM 5 now. Thanks for your time.
Bert
RE: Invalid License?
Thanks for the update.
I'm glad you have managed to get upgraded to v5. I think you'll find this a nicer environment than 3.1.2.
Good luck with your work, and please let us know if you have any further questions or comments in the future.
Regards,
Gerard
