Description: This patch resolves issues with uploading files using the Java based file upload applet in the 'Assets' tab, or any of the file selection popup windows.
This patch should be installed if you are seeing the 'Please wait while your chosen document (and any others it requires) are automatically uploaded' message but are not getting the document actually uploaded.
