Visibility control not working in repeat section

I have a basic table used to show multiple records for update. Some of the fields within the repeating section should only be visible based on the values of other fields in the same repeat section. When the table loads (there are 5 records in my example) only the first row is displayed correctly (and operates correctly). The remaining rows always show all controls and even when values are changed in the controlling fields, no visibility changes occur on these rows.
I am working in Webmaker 5.

(I seem to remember this or a similar issue from a long time back, but I cannot find any thread about it...)
