- New Unified WebMaker Studio - The new unified studio has brought together a number of independent application elements into a single cohesive studio with: Common Menu Bar, Command Tool Bar, Keyboard Short-cuts, Preferences, etc.
[/*] - Workflow Re-design: Design | Test | Publish - The studio has been re-designed to simplify the user workflow and to remove various concepts and terminology.
[/*] - WYSIWYG Page Design Enhancements - Easy Show/Hide based on Multiple Fields - The +?+?++Visibility Details+?+?+? section has been extended to provide +?+?++Display field or group based on Field Value(s)+?+?+? for multiple Fields and values. This feature can now be applied to individual Fields and/or Groups. Easy Script Function Mechanism - The +?+?++Perform Script Function+?+?+? has been extended to allow documented (jsdocs based) javascript APIs to appear for selection matching appropriate parameters to WebMaker Fields, Groups, etc.
[/*] - Enhanced Integrated Debugger - The visual style has been greatly enhanced and simplified. There are a great number of useful links from the logs to the Page Design Bindings and Rules Design when needed, which will now present two input and output documents for ease of use when debugging.
[/*] - Rules - Java Method - A new action type has been created to allow Java Methods to be called if required. This allows the user to specify the method and parameters in a Java-centric standard method, in a similar manner to how SQL queries are created. The user needs to include the relevant JAR in order to use the particular Java method. This feature provides great extensibility for less common requirements. Example JARs will be provided on the Community Forum for very specific requirements: Barcodes, XML Digital Signatures, XML Encryption/Decryption.
[/*] - Test and Publish Settings - The Test and Publish Setting screens have been improved for ease of use. Publication directly to Tomcat instances on Amazon Cloud can be configured for Tomcat 5 to 7.
[/*] - Platform and Security Support - The WebMaker Studio will now support IE8 - 10, Firefox and Chrome. The platform has been extended to support some further security authentication that can be used by Microsoft based Servers. The platform has been upgraded to allow runtime calls to services that are protected with the following levels of security: NTLMv2 Authentication (similar to NTLMv1), NTLM2SessionResponse, Keberos.
[/*] - And many more ...[/*]
