Make database query depending on the selected item in a select box.

Hello to all (excuse my bad english),

I am new in webmaker, i have a form with one select box linked to a database and a text box , I would like that when I select a item from select box, I can to make a query to display a record in the text box depending of the selected item in select box.

can any help me please.
